Who We Are

Lake Breeze Dairy began producing milk on March 12, 2003. We are owned by six local families:

• Mark and Laurie Diederichs
• Brian and Lynn Gerrits
• Lynn and Catherine Davis
• Ron and Chris Schwenck
• Fredrick (Rick) Schwenck 
• Thiel Ventures (Doug & Janice Thiel, Roger & Gail Thiel, Roman & Joan Thiel)

We are a 3000 cow dairy located along the eastern shore of Lake Winnebago in Fond du Lac county, Wisconsin. We would like to teach you about dairying in Wisconsin and hope you will come away with a better understanding of what we do, and where your dairy products come from.

Our Mission

To operate a profitable dairy that produces high quality milk and dairy cattle by using yesterday’s proven methods and today’s newest technologies.

We aim to provide an enjoyable workplace where we will work as a team, and where honesty and integrity are reflected in the treatment of others, in the care of our animals, and to the stewardship of the land.

Family, friends, and employees are important and will be given high priority in our day-to-day lives.
