There are several different breeds of dairy cows:

Holstein, Jersey, Ayrshire, Brown Swiss, Milking Shorthorn

Our cows are Holstein, which are the most popular of all the dairy breeds. Holsteins can be red and white, which is a breed all itself, or the more common black and white, which you will see at our dairy.
